central location relaxing garden helpful staff small room dated carpet missing window
the LOCATION was very central. the garden offered a relaxing space. staff members provided helpful service.
the room was small , and the carpet seemed dated. the fire alarm went off unexpectedly at 4am. the bathroom lacked a window.

I totally loved how helpful the staff was ! the front desk team gave awesome directions and advice about local spots. i also enjoyed the garden view from my room. It felt so relaxing and quiet!

basic stay, some disappointments
shower door uninspired selection
The room felt quite dated. i noticed some wear and tear, especially in the bathroom where the shower door didn't close properly. water leaked onto the floor. the breakfast selection was also uninspired. Many items seemed generic, and the fruit wasn't very fresh.
